This privacy policy applies to the PetAI: Transform Pet Photos app (hereafter referred to as "Application") developed by Yasin Ertekin (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This Application is provided "AS IS".
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This may include:

The Application may request personally identifiable information (such as an email address) for premium purchases or support requests. This information is used only for its intended purpose and handled securely.

When you use image-based features (for example, transforming a photo of your pet or a person), you may upload images that contain faces (human or animal). This section explains how face data is handled.
No retention by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does NOT store or retain user-uploaded images, face data, or AI-generated images on its own servers. Generated images are saved only to your device if you choose to save them locally.
Processing by third-party AI. To generate AI-based images, the Application sends uploaded images (which may include face data) to Google Gemini (Nano Banana Pro) for processing. Face data is shared solely to generate the image output explicitly requested by the user.
No facial recognition or biometric identification. The Application does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or any form of biometric analysis. Face data is not used to identify individuals.
Third-party data retention. The Service Provider does not control Google’s internal data retention policies. Based on publicly available documentation, Google Gemini may retain data for limited periods for purposes such as safety, debugging, and service improvement. The Service Provider does not request or permit the indefinite storage of face data, nor the use of face data for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
Image-based AI features in the Application are powered exclusively by Google Gemini. Text or image inputs are transmitted only to generate the requested AI output. No personally identifiable information is included unless explicitly provided by the user.
The Application offers subscriptions and premium features through Google Play. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription logic. No payment or card information is stored by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may disclose data only when:
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
The Service Provider does not retain user-uploaded images, face data, or AI-generated images. Other non-image-related data may be retained for as long as the Application is installed and for a reasonable time afterward. You may request deletion of your data by contacting yasinertekinn@outlook.com.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
The Service Provider uses administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access or misuse.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, and deletion of personal data.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
